I, as the artist, retain my intellectual property, including the right to be credited and publish the commissioned art in my portfolio and social media.

You, as the client, have ownership of the commissioned artwork. Upon reposting the artwork, please credit accordingly by citing and linking my relevant social media.

Commercial rights are available and will incur additional fees depending on their intended use. Commercial usage must be discussed before the commission process is initiated.

Commissioned artwork will retain my signature. Removing or covering said signature is prohibited.

Commissioned artwork is not to be altered in any way without my written consent.

Any and all commissioned artwork is not authorised for use in any blockchain related technology, including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any form of cryptocurrency.

Use of commissioned artwork in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning programs is strictly prohibited. This includes any sketches or designs created through the commission process, regardless of if they were used in the final product.

Upon completion of the commissioned artwork, the client will be sent the relevant artwork files via their email or Google Drive.

You will only receive digital files, no physical merchandise will be delivered.

Completion and delivery time of the commissioned artwork will vary depending on the scale and complexity of the commission.

If the client has a specific deadline for the commission, this must be discussed with the artist prior to starting the commission.

Rush orders and tight deadlines will incur additional fees. If the provided timeline for the commission is insufficient, the commission request will be declined.

I will notify the client if there are to be any expected delays in regards to delivery time.

I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

Payment will be accepted via PayPal invoice, and must be paid in one of the following methods: 100% payment upfront, OR 50% upfront and 50% upon sketch/mock-up approval.

My accepted currency is Australian Dollars (AUD). Please keep relevant currency exchange rates in mind when commissioning me.

Payments are non-refundable, unless in the rare situation that I cannot complete or decide to terminate the commission process. The client will be refunded for any work that has not already been completed.

Client must not issue chargebacks. You will be entitled to be issued a refund if no progress has been made on the commission for over 6 months.

In the event that a full refund or chargeback is issued, the client forfeits the rights to the commissioned artwork at any stage of the process.

Additional fees may be incurred during the commission process (i.e. additional revisions, rush fees, etc.) and must be respected by the artist and the client.

I will provide regular screenshot updates of the work in progress to keep you updated on the process and ask for your feedback and opinions. Client may also request updates if they wish to do so.

Client is allotted 2 major revision sessions during the sketching phase. Additional requested revisions will incur additional costs.

Major changes to posing and composition will not be made after line art is completed. Minor revisions such as hue adjustments and details are free of charge, though if adjustments are requested in excess, additional fees may be incurred.

Revisions may impact delivery time. Please keep this in mind when making revision requests.

Client is encouraged to request revisions to ensure their satisfaction.
